Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- 2⁄3 cup potato starch
- 1⁄3 cup tapioca starch
- 1 1⁄2 cups canola oil
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Bake in a greased 13X9 pan for 30 minutes.
- When cool, frost with caramel frosting.
