Block Party Salsa Chicken

This budget friendly crowd pleaser is perfect for get-togethers like a neighborhood block party or family reunions. I got this recipe from the BJ's summer made simple catalog. I haven't tried this yet but wanted to post it so i could get the nutrition facts.

• Yields: 1 chicken breast

Ingredients

• 1 (44 7/8ounce) package boneless skinless chicken breast halves, PERDUE FIT & EASY Thin-Sliced Family Pack
• 2  tablespoons  chicken seasoning
• 1⁄2 cup salsa
• 1⁄3 cup  apricot preserves
• 1  tablespoon ReaLemon juice
• 1  tablespoon chili powder

Directions

1. Preheat grill to med.-high. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning and let sit 5 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, mis salsa, preserves, lemon juice and chili powder in small bowl and set aside.
3. Grill chicken 3 minutes. Turn and cook 3 minutes on other side.
4. Brush with salsa mixture and turn. brush other side with salsa. cook approximately 2 minutes, carefully to prevent burning. Turn and continue cooking until internal temperature reads 165 degrees at thickest point.
