Bless Chili Crabs

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 kg crabs
- 4 inches fresh ginger
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons soybeans
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2⁄3 cup tomato sauce
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 8 chilies
Directions
- Pound ginger and soya bean.
- Fry ginger, chillies. Add seasonings and water.
- Bring to the boil and put in crab to cook 10 minutes.
- Add cornflour and lastly the beaten eggs.
