Blackjack Bourbon Peach Sauce

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup peach preserves
- 1⁄3 cup Bourbon, preferbly sour
- 1⁄3 cup raspberries or 1⁄3 cup fruit
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 3⁄4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (or more to taste)
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients except the hot pepper sauce.
- Simmer, over medium-low heat, stirring often, until lightly thickened, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the hot pepper sauce to taste.
