Blackening Seasoning

Great with beef, chicken or pork. You'll want this mix on hand all the time!

• Yields: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons salt
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons black pepper
• 1  teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1  teaspoon onion powder
• 1  teaspoon ground cumin
• 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
• 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar

Directions

1. Mix together.
2. Store in cool place in an airtight container.
