- 1 lb tilapia fillet
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1⁄2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Directions
- coat filets with spice rub.
- let rest 15 - 20 min before cooking 2-3 min per side.
