Blacken Spice Seasoning

This is a great spice in chicken, fish and Steaks. Warning: Do not cook inside since it will smoke up your kitchen and the neighbors for sure will call the fire department and you will have to feed them. Cook meats on the grill or a fish cooker.

Ingredients

• 1  tablespoon paprika
• 2 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
• 1  teaspoon onion powder
• 1  teaspoon garlic powder
• 3⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
• 1  teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 3⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  ground thyme
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons ground oregano

Directions

1. Mix all together and store with other spices.
