Black Sesame Jewel Raw Smoothie

Yields: 4 cups

Ingredients

  • 2  tablespoons  raw black sesame tahini
  • 1  cup raw cashews or 1  cup walnuts
  • 12 cup  organic pitted dates (I prefer khadrawy for their creamy, caramel-like texture)
  • 1  teaspoon vanilla (real and preferable organic)
  • 3  cups water
  • 1  cup  ice

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients but the ice in a blender until smooth. Add the ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. This keeps in the fridge for 4 days.
