  1. preheat oven to 375.
  2. brush pie shells with egg whites and bake for 5 minutes.
  3. in a mixing bowl beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. in another bowl, beat cream cheese.
  5. add preserves and beat on low.
  6. fold in whipping cream and add to pie shell.
  7. chill for 4-24 hours.
  8. garnish with fresh berries.
