  • 3  ounces  champagne
  • 1⁄4 ounce  black pansy syrup

  1. Fill collins glass with ice.
  2. Pour Champagne into glass.
  3. Add black pansy syrup and stir with swizzle stick.
  4. Garnish with edible pansy flower.
