Black Olive Bread

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 2 lbs flour, 8 cups
- 1⁄2 lb wheat flour, 1 cup
- 1 tablespoon salt, sea
- 3 cups water, warm
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup black olives, pitted, sliced
Directions
- mix the yeast with 1/2 cup water and 4 tablespoons flour and honey
- proof
- mix flours
- make well pour milk, water, yeast, oil.
- add salt
- mix
- knead 15 minutes
- put in greased bowl
- cover with damp cloth
- til doubled
- on lightly floured board divide dough
- use rolling pin to a round
- brush surface with oil
- sprinkle olives on top
- roll up.
- put loaf on greased baking sheet
- let rise until doubled
- slash diagonal cuts about 1/2 inch deep across loaves bake 35 minutes 400 degree oven.
