Black Kettle Pasta With Garlic Butter

Ingredients

• 1  cup butter (2 sticks)
• 1⁄8 cup white wine
• 1  tablespoon lemon juice, freshly-squeezed
• 2 -3  garlic cloves, minced
• 1⁄16 teaspoon white pepper
• 1⁄16 teaspoon  garlic salt
• 1  tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
• 1 1⁄2 lbs angel hair pasta, cooked
•  parmesan cheese (to garnish )

Directions

1. Boil pasta.
2. Melt butter in medium saucepan.
3. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese and pasta and heat through. Ladle over warm fresh pasta.
4. Garnish with cheese.
