Black Jack Monterey Beans..slow Cooker

Ingredients
- 3 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained
- 4 ounces chopped green chilies
- 15 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
- 1⁄2 cup stick butter or 1⁄2 cup margarine, melted
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt or 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2-1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1⁄2-1 cup chopped red onion (optional)
- 8 ounces monterey jack cheese, for later
Directions
- Place all ingredients except cheese in slow cooker.Mix well.
- Cook 3 hours on Low or 1 1/2 hours on High.
- When recipe is done---quickly stir in grated cheese.
