Ingredients
- 9 inches graham cracker crust
- 1 (12 ounce) neufchatel cheese, softened
- 1 1⁄2 cups Splenda sugar substitute
- 4 unsweetened chocolate squares, melted
- 1⁄8 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 (21 ounce) can no-sugar-added cherry pie filling
Directions
- Beat cream cheese at high speed with an electric mixer until fluffy; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add melted chocolate, cocoa, and vanilla, mixing until blended.
- Pour into ready made crust.
- Pour cherry filling on top and refrigerate overnight.
