Black Duck Glaze for Virginia Ham

Ingredients
- 6 -7 lbs cooked half ham
- 1⁄4 cup black duck liqueur
- 1⁄4 cup apple juice
- 1⁄4 cup light corn syrup
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix ingredients together and brush on ham.
- Bake ham 20 to 25 minutes basting two or three times.
- Cool to room temperature before slicing.
- Slice very thin.
