Black Bottom Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups cold water
- 2⁄3 cup cocoa
- 2⁄3 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
Cream Filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix first group of ingredients well.
- Line muffin tin with cupcake papers.
- Fill cupcake papers half full.
- Blend second group of ingredients.
- Place 1 tsp of filling in each cupcake.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
