Black Beans and Corn

Ingredients
- 2 (16 ounce) cans black beans
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 bay leaves
- 1⁄2 cup fresh cilantro
Directions
- Sauté onion in oil with cumin, and salt until onions are translucent.
- Add garlic.
- Add beans, corn, and bay leaves.
- Let cook 10 minutes.
- Serve over rice with cilantro sprinkled on top.
