Black Bean Salsa Dip

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 15 1⁄2 ounces black beans, drained
- 8 ounces salsa, any flavor and heat level you like
- 1 bunch cilantro, 1 fresh handful
- 1 garlic clove, paper removed
Directions
- Place garlic clove in food processor and chop until fine. Add black beans, salsa and cilantro and process until smooth. Refirgerate for a few hours to let the flavors blend. Serve with tortilla chips, fresh veggies, etc.
