Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 cup salsa
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 roasted peppers, peeled and diced
- 1 roasted jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- tortilla chips
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 90 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
