Black Bean/Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 mango, chopped
- 1 cup seeded chopped tomato (roma works well)
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juice
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Mix and chill for about an hour.
