Black Bean Luau Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 1⁄2 cups white rice, cooked
- 1 1⁄2 cups chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup celery, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup fat-free honey-dijon salad dressing
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except dressing in large bowl.
- Rinse rice with cold water to avoid "gloppy" leftovers.
- Pour dressing over salad.
- Toss to coat.
