- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 chipotle chile, minced
- 1⁄2 cup Velveeta cheese
Directions
- Rinse black beans.
- Mince chipotle.
- Combine black beans, sour cream, chipolte, and Velvetta cheese.
- Heat on medium low until melted.
- Serve over grilled chicken.
