Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, cubed
- 16 ounces chunky salsa
- 45 ounces canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1⁄2 cup chicken broth
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
Directions
- Place tenderloin in slow cooker.
- Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream.
- Cover and cook 8 hours on low.
- Serve with sour cream.
