Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen corn, flash steamed
- 1⁄2 cup cilantro, diced
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed (I prefer Eden Organic no salt added )
- 1⁄2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 8 green onions, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1⁄4 teaspoon himalayan salt
Directions
- Mix.
- Refridgerate for 24 hours before use to let the flavors meld.
- Discard after 4 days.
