Black and White Bean Salad (Dip)

This Black Bean and Northern Bean Salad can be served as a side dish or as a dip with chips. The sweetness of it as a dip taste great when combined with the saltiness of Frito Scoops.

Ingredients

• 1 (14 1/2ounce) can black beans
• 1 (14 1/2ounce) can great northern beans
• 1⁄2 cup corn
• 1⁄2 green pepper, chopped
• 1⁄2  red pepper, chopped
• 1⁄2 cup red onion, chopped
• 1⁄4 cup sugar
• 1⁄4 cup olive oil
• 1⁄2 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients, and store in refrigerator until chilled.
