A lovely salad I copied out of a What's Cooking Magazine

Directions

  1. Blanching the beans: Add to a large pot of boiling water; cook uncovered 3 minutes, drain and immediately plunge beans in bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Cool completely and drain, then pat dry.
  2. Cover plate with lettuce.
  3. Arrange remaining ingredients in rows over lettuce.
