Bisquick Clone

I just found this one today and like that it's super quick and uses vegetable oil (I like staying away from solid fats). I used it to make pancakes. I needed more milk than usual but they were by far the best "from scratch" pancakes I've ever made. Show more

Yields: 1 1/4 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 18 cups flour
  • 1  tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 12 teaspoons sugar
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 2 12 tablespoons  vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Mix together dry ingredients.
  2. Add oil and combine using pastry cutter or 2 knives.
  3. Use in place of bisquick in any recipe.
