Biscuit Pizza Muffins

Ingredients
- 8 refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 30 slices pepperoni
- 1 1⁄2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- pizza sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Grease a standard size 12 muffin pan or use muffin pan liners.
- Cut each biscuit in 9 pieces.
- Cut each peperoni slice into 4 pieces.
- Mix biscuit pieces, pepperoni pieces, cheese, spices & oil in a large bowl.
- Spoon mixture evenly into the 12 spots in the muffin pan.
- Bake x 15 minute.
- Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
