Biscuit Beef Bake

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can pork and beans
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1⁄2 cup corn
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (7 1/2ounce) can biscuit dough
Directions
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Remove from heat.
- Stir in tomatoes, pork and beans, tomato sauce, corn, chili powder, salt and pepper (do not add biscuits until baking).
- Place in freezer bag. Label and freeze.
- To serve: thaw. Place in greased baking dish. Bake uncovered at 400 for 30 minutes. Cut each biscuit in 4 pieces. Arrange on top of hot mixture. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer.
