  1. Place all dry ingredients into a gallon size storage bag. Mix until even. Put in wet ingredients. Mix well. Put in meat. Massage until just mixed (if you over mix your texture will not be good). Take a tablespoon and level it off and place in hand. Roll gently into a round ball and smash it thin, but not too thin. Place into a dehydrator at 150 degrees or a oven on a cooling rack at same temperature for 6-7 hours.
