Billy's Chili

Ingredients
- 3 lbs ground round
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 30 fluid ounces tomato sauce
- 12 fluid ounces tomato paste
- 1 (15 ounce) can no-salt-added stewed tomatoes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 3 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 -2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons low-sodium worcestershire sauce
- 6 ounces beer
- 3 (16 ounce) cans pinto beans
Directions
- Brown the ground beef in the olive oil; drain the liquid.
- Chop the onion and add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, stewed tomatoes, pepper, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, Tabasco sauce, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cover and simmer for ½ hour.
- Add the beer and pinto beans.
- Simmer for another 1-1½ hours.
- Store refrigerated or frozen.
