Bills Super Fresh Summer Salad

Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes, medium size
- 1 cucumber
- 1 onion, vadalia medium size
- 1 sweet pepper, large
- 1⁄2 summer squash
- 1⁄2 cup white grapes, seedless
- 2 tablespoons vinegar, balsamic
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil, estra virgin
- 2 tablespoons mint, torn and fresh
- 1⁄4 cup basil, fresh and torn
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 2 teaspoons salt, to taste
- pepper
Directions
- Cut tomatoes and cucumber in bite size morsels. Corsely chop onion, squash and pepper. Cut grapes in half. Tear mint and basil.
- Mix together everything then add oil and balsamic.
- Put in a glass container mix again add cheese and mix again. Refrigerate an hour or more and serve.
