Bill's Slightly Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
- 2 lbs carrots, peeled
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons unsalted butter
Directions
- Place carrots, cut lengthwise, quartered into 3-inch pieces, in a saucepan, barely covered with water.
- Add honey and salt and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until carrots are tender.
- Increase heat and boil off excess water. Remove pan from heat and let cool slightly.
- Stir in butter.
