Bill's Secret Teriyaki Marinade

This is my hubby's secret weapon when he wants to butter me up: he just cooks something in this! ;)

• Ready In: 5 mins
• Yields: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup Japanese sake
• 1⁄4 cup Japanese soy sauce
• 2  tablespoons mirin
• 1  teaspoon  sesame oil
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons honey
• 1  tablespoon  grated ginger
• 1  teaspoon  minced garlic

Directions

1. Mix ingredients well and combine with food.
