Bigjay's Dry Barbecue Rub

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup paprika
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons cumin seeds (Toasted)
- 3 tablespoons coriander seeds (Toasted)
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1⁄4 cup light brown sugar
Directions
- Toast the cumin and coriander seed in a small skillet.
- Then add all of the ingredients in a coffee grinder.
- Grind untill coarsely ground or fine.
