Bigger Than My Head Raw Salad

This is what I mostly live on... I love great big raw leafy green salads with thrown-together dressings and crunchy veggies and seeds... yum.

Ingredients

• 1  head lettuce
• 1  cucumber
• 1  ripe tomatoes
• 1  red bell pepper
• 1  green bell pepper
• 1⁄4 cup  raw sunflower seeds
• 1⁄4 cup  raw  pumpkin seeds
• 4  tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 4  tablespoons flax seed oil
• 1⁄4 cup  apple juice
•  agave nectar
•  kosher salt
•  fresh ground black pepper
