Big Time Bacon
Directions
- Cut 1/2-inch thick slices of bacon from a big slab or have your butcher do it.
- Cook in a pan over medium heat. Brown one side 3 minutes, then flip over and finish in the oven, about 5 more minutes.
- Glaze the bacon at the end with a drizzle of maple syrup.
