Big Red Chili

Ingredients
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 large red onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon allspice
- 2⁄3 cup picante sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Cook beef in large skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Combine beef and remaining ingredients, except salt and pepper, in slow cooker; cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
