Big Chocolate Cookies

I made these last year for Christmas, they were very quick and easy. I put a andes mint chocolate candy in the center of each just as they were out of the oven and swirled with a knife when the candy melted. They were really pretty and froze really well. Yields: 62 cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 (18 ounce) packages  chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (19 7/8ounce) package  brownie mix
  • 3  eggs
  • 34 cup  oil
  • 34 cup water

Directions

  1. Mix together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
