Big Blue Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 4 lbs ground beef
- 8 saltines, crushed
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning (Meat Magic preferred)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (Try Me Tiger Sauce preferred)
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 jumbo egg
- 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 1⁄3 cup grated romano cheese
- 1⁄4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1⁄4 cup red wine
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine all ingredients except the 1/4 cup barbecue sauce and the wine.
- Mix very well with hands.
- Shape into a loaf shape.
- Place in lightly greased baking pan.
- Bake for 1 hour, draining grease if necessary.
- Combine remaining barbecue sauce and wine.
- Pour over top of meatloaf.
- Bake an additional 1 hour.
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
