Bhajia Sauce (Spicy Coconut Sauce)

Ingredients
- 1 small fresh coconut
- 1 mango, unripe, sliced
- 5 green chilies, chopped
- 1⁄2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 lime, juice of (optional)
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
- Grate the coconut meat and place in a liquidizer with the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth, adding a little water if the mixture seems too thick.
- Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately.
