Bev's Best Meatloaf

The tastiest meatloaf I've ever had! Received this recipe from a coworker. Rave reviews are received from everyone who tries this recipe. Leftovers make great sandwiches, too! Show more

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 2  lbs ground beef
  • 1 (10 1/2ounce) can  cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
  • 20  saltine crackers, crushed
  • 2  eggs, beaten
  • 1  medium onion, chopped
  • 1  cup oatmeal
  • 1  teaspoon salt
  • 1  teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all together, place in pan, forming a loaf like shape. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
