Betty's Polish Sausage Soup

Soups and stews are my very favorite things to make. This one is quick and easy but very tasty. Gets better the next day.

• Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

• 1  small onion, chopped
• 8  ounces Polish sausage, diced
• 1  teaspoon minced garlic clove
• 5  cups  chicken stock
• 1  cup  picante sauce
• 2  cups  o'brien frozen potatoes

Directions

1. Saute onion and diced sausage in soup kettle till onion is soft. Add garlic and cook another minute. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 2 hours.
