Betty Crocker Peach Pancakes

Yields: 10 pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1  egg
  • 1  cup flour
  • 34 cup milk
  • 2  tablespoons  vegetable oil
  • 2  tablespoons sugar
  • 3  teaspoons baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1  medium  peach, peeled and chopped

Directions

  1. Beat egg with hand beater until fluffy.
  2. Add rest of ingredients.
  3. Grease griddle and heat.
  4. Pour about 3 tbsp batter onto hot griddle and cook until edges of pancake puff and look dry around edges.
  5. Flip, and cook opposite side until golden brown.
