Better Than Bailey's

Sometimes is hard to get a bottle of Bailey's so why not make it at home? I could include this on my Christmas gifts too.

Ingredients

• 6  eggs
• 1 (8 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• 1  teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 1⁄2 cups  Irish whiskey
• 1  tablespoon instant coffee

Directions

1. Whip eggs in blender; add milk and vanilla.
2. Liquify coffee with whiskey, then blend all ingredients.
3. Serve chilled.
