Beth's Southwestern Bean Dip

Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained,may be substituted for your favorite beans,or a combo of any
- 1 (7 ounce) can corn (drained)
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 avocados
- 1 purple onion
- 1⁄2 cup cilantro
- 1⁄8 cup minced garlic
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Dice all veggies.
- mix together, serve with tortilla chips and ENJOY!
