Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach, raw, baby, and organic if possible
- 1 medium banana, frozen if possible, broken into fourths
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon flax seed, ground
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 cup almond milk, soy milk ok too
- 1⁄2 cup water (optional)
Directions
- Put in blender in order listed above, packing down spinach. Depending on how much power your blender has, add water if needed. If you don't like it ice-cold, don't freeze your bananas.
