Best Rolls Ever

My mom has made these rolls for years and I modified the recipe to use whole wheat flour

  1. mix milk water and butter then heat until the mixture reaches 130F.
  2. add yeast to the milk mixture.
  3. add flour and mix until thoroughly combined.
  4. knead for 5 min add flour as needed until the dough is no longer sticky.
  5. let rise 15 min in 170F oven.
  6. divide into 6 rolls in muffin pan.
  7. let rise 15 more minutes
  8. bake 12 min at 425F.
