Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients except milk and brown sugar into a blender.
- Blend until spices are evenly distributed.
- Add milk and brown sugar then blend until smooth.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour, or until it sets.
