Best Peanut Butter Frosting

I found this recipe on the A Cup of Joe blogspot. While the brownies didn't work for me, I prefer The Best Brownies by Juenessa, the frosting is AMAZING! I brought the brownie peanut butter frosting recipe in a month ago and people are still talking about the frosting! This recipe makes more than enough frosting for a 9x13 pan of brownies. Some would say to cut it in half but I like frosting!

Ingredients

• 1  cup peanut butter (not natural the results will not be the same)
• 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
• 2  teaspoons vanilla
• 1 1⁄2-2  cups powdered sugar
• 1  pinch salt

Directions

1. Beat the peanut butter and butter together for 2 to 3 minutes at medium to med. high speed.
2. Add vanilla, 1 1/2 C powdered sugar, and salt and beat an additional 3 to 5 minutes on medium speed. Start slowly or you'll have powdered sugar everywhere.
3. Frosting will be thick. Add more powdered sugar if you would like it more stiff and a little milk if you need to loosen it up a little.
4. Try not to eat the whole thing before frosting brownies, cupcakes, cakes, etc.
